MXS 3.8 is a fully automatic 12 V charger of "connect and forget" type that includes seven charging steps and the possibility to choose programmes for 0.8 A or 3.8 A. "Snowflake mode" uses the program for 3.8 A. It is easy and safe to use, protects the vehicle's electronics, is spark-free, offers protection against connection with the wrong polarity and is short-circuit-proof. The charger is an advanced microprocessor-controlled battery charger with patented Float/Pulse maintenance, designed for batteries from 1.2 Ah up to 80 Ah. It resolves many different battery problems and is the ideal charger that can be used every day. It offers control of the battery state to see whether it is possible to charge it and whether it can retain the charge, a patented, automatic desulphation step and a special "Snowflake mode" for optimum charging on cold winter days.
